Simon and Pat are on their way home. I dropped them off at the airport. Hugged and Kissed them goodbye and tried very hard not to cry. They are some of my favorite people in the whole world. Pat has only been to see me 4 times but, every time I learn so much from her. Simon is so much like my husbands they could be brothers. They are a great time and really good guys!
The last day in Utah we ate lunch at Cafe Elago. (where Hartley works)
It is a Mexican restaurant but they do serve nice hamburgers and french fries.
Drove under a giant double rainbow, introduced them to Scrapbook USA, and ate dinner at Chili's (where Celeste works).
The next morning we woke up by 6:00am to weigh each piece of luggage. Packed the car and took off to the airport. They will be back. They love us and we love them!
