Microwave Cake
Prepare any box cake as directed on back of the box.
Pour into microwave safe baking dish and then cover with lid (very important)
Cook 10 min on High
Allow to cool and frost as usual or sprinkle with powdered Sugar
Variations include:
Mix can of pie filling but omit water in cake box recipe
drizzel can of ready made frosting across the batter before baking by
heating it(can of frosting) add to cake batter and bake. this creates a glazed cake.
Microwave cakes are moist and quick and easy!
