Finally after almost 72 hours of travel by bus train and plane. Side detour through Rome. (which they only spent 16 hours in but fell in love with the people and the place) They made it back by the skin of their teeth. Seriously the last passengers on the plane.
They visited historical sights, family graves, the opera, they even learned how to make card houses from the cousin's
The kids were very excited to spot the mormon missionaries. They went to church there and made lots of new friends. GO ELDERS!
