I was looking for a unique lighting option because during our program the lights were off and a spotlight was placed on the table with the value project and then over on the young man asked to talk about the value and what he will be looking for in his future wife with this value. The balloons had battery opperated tea lights and the taller wood framed lighting had a little batter powered flashlight faced up toward the balloons. It was just enough of a glow of light and color.
