Jean Mabel Pickles Lojik 1934 ~ 2010 Jean Mabel Pickles Lojik, 75, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT.Jean was born August 2, 1934 in Crosshills, West Yorkshire, England to Norman Hartley and Edith Chapman Pickles. Jean married Wolodymyr (Walter) Lojik on July 5, 1952. She is survived by her children, Lubow (Richard) Richard, Daria (Sherwood) Lojik-Harvey, Taras (Wendy) Lojik, Tatianna (Kreg) Assay, brother Donald (Stella) Pickles, sister Lorna Pickles. She is preceded in death by her son Roman (Carolyn) Lojik, both parents and her grandson Werner. Jean is a loving grandmother to 22 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She loved all types of crafts and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed. A Catholic service will be held 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church, 4919 S. 2200 W., Taylorsville, UT. Memorial services will be held Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, where there will be a visitation at 10:00 a.m. and all are welcome.
