Favorite Sugar Cookies

1C Sour Cream (or 1C milk mixed with 2Tb Vinegar)
1C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 C shortening
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 C flour
Mix, Roll, Cut: Bake 350 for 12 min Frost and Decorate
