We made treats galore. We even spotted an elf. We lost a tire in the middle of the road in a snow storm. But, we made it home in time to open our Christmas eve pajamas and tuck into bed so we would be ready for Santa to visit. While visions of sugar plumbs danced in our heads we were visited by Old Saint Nick. In the morning we gathered for pictures, read scriptures of the saviors birth and played out the nativity, then we broke loose and opened presents, ate until we were sick and visited with relatives for the rest of the day. It was a wonderful day spent with family. The kids were all happy and Mom and Dad are EXHAUSTED!
